There has been a lot of concern lately over horse feed found in Florida and Georgia that contained cattle medication that can be fatal to horses. Some horse feeds may have become contaminated because they were produced in mills on equipment that also processes feed for cattle. Only horse feed is produced in the Southern States mills. No cattle feed is produced in their mills so their is no chance that cattle medication could contaminate the horse feed. Southern States, Legend and Triple Crown Feeds are produced in the Southern States mills for North Fulton Feed & Seed and for our sister stores Cherokee Feed & Seed in Ball Ground and Gainesville, GA.
